EMPLOYMENT

Maier was born from a group of people committed to their environment back to the year of 1973. It was born out of a worry: how to make people face the creation of a new enterprise. From the very beginning, those people looked for resources and contacts to found this company, with the result of the creation of this cooperative.
.
We are today a group of enterprises which works in the global market. However, the original idea remains the same:
the main characters are the people who work in here.

This involves principles and values, and certain performance rules as well:

A permanent investment on formation, with personalised plans in most of the cases and with collaboration agreements with formation centres so that every employee can benefit from an interesting offer.

Stimulating internal promotion, offering all the jobs to our employees before turning to an external selection process.

Helping the constant inclusion of members and becoming engaged in both economical and social results.

Developing permanent actions of internal communication, with a wide display of means (meetings with our collaborators, internal magazine, intranet, global meetings with the whole staff…).

Many companies will have surely completed written rules on the importance of their workers. We also commit to these values, which embrace trust, communication and formation. However, we do believe there is something that makes us different: our people are Maier. We do not share the idea that in Maier the most important thing is the person, because Maier is the people. What we own are our resources (machines, raw materials, management systems), but we are Maier.

Therefore, if you want to know more about us you will have to do it personally, although you can have an idea visiting our web. We will be waiting for you.
