The use of the Website attributes the condition of user of the Website, and implies the full and unreserved acceptance of all the provisions included in this Legal Notice. The provision of the Website service is limited to the time during which the user is connected to the Website or to any of the services provided through it. All the elements of the website are the property of MAIER, including the source code, navigation structure, database, content and graphic design – menus, navigation buttons, texts, images, textures, graphics, etc.- (hereinafter, the “Contents”), or Maier has authorisation to use said elements, and none of the exploitation rights recognised by current legislation on intellectual property regarding said elements may be understood to have been transferred to the user, except those that are strictly necessary for the correct use of the Website.

Trademarks: all products and company names mentioned herein are registered trademarks of their respective owners, and access to the Website will not be construed as conferring any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, brand names or distinctive signs.


The User undertakes to make correct use of the Website in accordance with the laws and this Legal Notice. The user shall be liable to MAIER or to third parties for any damages caused as a consequence of non-compliance with said obligation.

It is expressly forbidden to use the Website for purposes harmful to the property or interests of MAIER or third parties, or which in any way overload, damage or render useless the networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or products and computer applications (software) belonging to MAIER or third parties.

The user undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the laws and this Legal Notice, and with any other applicable conditions, regulations and instructions. By way of example, the user, in accordance with current legislation, shall not:

Reproduce, copy, distribute, make available, publicly communicate, transform or modify the Contents except in cases authorised by law or expressly consented to by MAIER or by whoever holds the ownership of the exploitation rights, as the case may be.

Reproduce or copy for private use Contents that may be considered as Software or Databases in accordance with current legislation on intellectual property, or publicly communicate the Contents or make them available to third parties, since these acts necessarily imply reproduction by the user or a third party.

Extract and/or reuse all or a substantial part of the Contents of the Website or the databases that MAIER makes available to users.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the privacy policies accessible from the Website and which may be applicable at any time, the use of certain services or requests addressed to MAIER are subject to the prior completion of the corresponding form.

All information provided by the user through the forms on the Website for the aforementioned purposes or any other purpose must be truthful. For these purposes, the user guarantees the authenticity of all data provided to MAIER, and shall keep this data constantly updated so that it corresponds, at all times, to the real situation of the user. In any case, the user shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made and for any damage caused to MAIER or to third parties as a result of the information provided.

Users who wish to create links from their own websites to the Website must comply with the conditions detailed below, without ignorance of the later waiving the user from their liabilities under law.

The link may only link to the home page or main page of the Website but must not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of the texts, graphics, etc.).

Under no circumstances shall it be expressed on the website containing the link that MAIER has given its consent to insert the link or that it sponsors, collaborates with, verifies or supervises the sender’s services in any way.

It is prohibited to use any denominative, figurative or combined trademark or any other distinctive sign of MAIER within the sender’s page, except in cases permitted by law or expressly authorised by MAIER and provided that, in such cases, a direct link to the Website is permitted in the manner established in this clause.

The website creating the link must faithfully comply with the law and may not, in any circumstances, have or link to proprietary or third-party content that: (i) is illicit, harmful or contrary to morals and good customs (pornographic, violent, racist, etc.); (ii) induces or may induce in the user the false conception that MAIER subscribes to, endorses, adheres to or in any way supports the ideas, statements or expressions, licit or illicit, of the sender; (iii) is inappropriate or not pertinent to the activity of MAIER in relation to the place, contents and subject matter of the sender’s website.


Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on the part of MAIER to check the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through the same.

MAIER shall not be held responsible for decisions made on the basis of the information supplied on the Website, nor for any damages caused to the user or third parties as a result of actions based solely on information obtained on the Website.

Access to the Website does not imply any obligation on the part of MAIER to control the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. It is the responsibility of the user, in any case, to ensure the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programmes.

MAIER shall not be held responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of users or third parties during the provision of the Website service.

Access to the Website requires services and supplies from third parties, including those provided via telecommunications networks. MAIER is not responsible for the reliability, quality, continuity and operation of the same. Consequently, the services provided through the Website may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, prior to or during the provision of the Website service.

MAIER shall not be held liable for damages of any kind caused to the user as a result of faults or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that lead to the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service prior to or during the provision of the same.

The Website access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet websites (hereinafter, “Linked Websites”). In these cases, MAIER acts as a provider of intermediation services in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and shall only be responsible for the contents and services supplied on the Linked Websites if it has effective knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not deactivated such a link with due diligence.

Under no circumstances shall the existence of Linked Websites presuppose the existence of agreements with any responsible entities or owners thereof, or the recommendation, promotion or identification of MAIER with any of the statements, contents or services provided therein.

MAIER is not aware of the contents and services of the Linked Websites and therefore shall not be liable for damages caused by the unlawfulness, quality, out-of-date nature, unavailability, error and uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Websites or for any other damage that is not directly attributable to MAIER.

The personal data collected through the website will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection (General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights).
